Jim is the Founder of 18 Summers, where he helps busy professionals create deeper, more connected, and more meaningful relationships with their spouses and children. He is also a best selling author. Along with his wife Jamie, Jim co-wrote the popular book, The Family Board Meeting as well as The Passive Income Playbook. Jim is a partner in the largest build-to-rent organization in the US, with over $600M in AUM that generate over $40M in annual recurring revenue for investors. He uses his passive income strategy to teach others how to buy back their time and create a legendary family life. He’s an avid surfer and enjoys traveling.
