Chris Larsen
Chris Larsen is the founder and Principal of Next-Level Income. Chris has been investing in and managing real estate for over 20 years. He bought his first rental property at age 21. From there, Chris expanded into development, private-lending, buying distressed debt as well as commercial offices, and ultimately syndicating commercial properties, and has been actively involved in over $1B of real estate acquisitions. Chris is passionate about helping investors become financially independent.
Chris has also co-written a book called “No-Problem Parenting: Raising your Kiddos with more Confidence and Less Fear”, where he shares tips on how to raise our children to have more financial confidence!
In addition to real estate, Chris owns multiple car wash locations across the Southeast. Chris lives with his wife and two boys in Asheville, NC.
